Your companion and guide through times of profound life change

The mentoring process offers a safe space to reflect on important life decisions and explore the way forward. The focus is always directed towards the future, with an awareness of past experiences. You share your thoughts and search for solutions with an impartial companion — someone who will support you unconditionally and guide you through the process of reflection
Mentorship does not involve searching for childhood traumas, offering personal opinions about your challenges, or giving instructions on what to do. Progress, as with all meaningful life changes, is gradual and depends on how much you are able to take on yourself. A mentor enables you to gain new knowledge, experiences, and perspectives on your challenges. All of this is offered with a forward‑looking approach.
It is often said that behind successful individuals, alongside their partner, there is increasingly also a mentor or coach. They turn to a mentor or coach to reflect on their next steps, to pursue their personal goals, and to stay aligned with their optimal life path.
Most often, the first contact with a mentor / coach happens when we simply cannot go on as before. We can no longer bear the same routine day after day. You want to change something, but how? There is always an answer to that question, as well as a path towards achieving the goal you set.
The process
Everything begins somewhere, and everything comes to an end somewhere too.
1
Introduction
A conversation intended to help you decide whether mentorship or coaching is the right fit for you, and how it can be used. It also includes an initial discussion about your starting goal.
2
Ethical codex
Confidentiality and the protection of the client’s interests are fundamental responsibilities of every mentor and coach. Together, we establish the guidelines, to which we adhere to fully.
3
First meeting
Together, we will review your values, beliefs, and any potential blocks, and set the direction for the entire process.
4
Further meetings
The frequency and format of the sessions are usually agreed at the very beginning. However, these arrangements can be adapted to different life circumstances.
If you’d like, I can refine it to sound more formal, more warm, or more aligned with your mentoring style.
5
First review
Somewhere around the halfway point, it is helpful to look back a little, to recognise what has been achieved and to see where we have arrived. This gives us the opportunity to adjust the direction if needed.
6
Closing meetings
We carry out the remaining sessions up to the final summary, with a focus on following the ultimate goal — even if you have adjusted it along the way.
7
Steps ahead
The aim of the entire process is to enable you to continue independently on the path towards your ultimate goal. We summarise the achievements and consider the way forward.
Meeting places
café
In your favourite café, at your favourite table. A place where you can relax and think.
Nature
We combine a walk, nature, and a conversation about the future. Nature relaxes us and allows for mental breakthroughs.
Workplace
At the start of after the working day, in an environment you know well — a place where you feel productive.
Online
When we cannot meet in person, we can make use of modern tools such as Zoom, Teams, and similar platforms.
